Refund policy

At IronAgeCo.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 07 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Customized or personalized products
- Downloadable digital products
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple and hassle-free. Our fulfilment partner handles all return pickups directly — you do not need to ship the item yourself.
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@ironageco.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged from your delivery address at no cost to you.
- Please keep the item ready in its original packaging for the pickup agent.
Note: You do not need to visit any courier office or pay any return shipping charges. The entire return process is managed on our end.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If you paid with a credit card, please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order on IronAgeCo.com.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ironageco.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ironageco.com.
