1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Free Shipping Across India
We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required. No matter where you are located in India, your order will be delivered to your doorstep at absolutely no shipping cost.
3. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times within India are as follows:
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 6–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@ironageco.com, and we will try our best to assist you.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ironageco.com.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. IronAgeCo.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@ironageco.com, and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@ironageco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
IronAgeCo.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
